1.1. This Creator Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the operator of the Healthy app — GMD Media FZE LLC (the "Operator", "we") — and a User who creates and publishes user content and participates in monetization programs (the "Creator", "you").
1.2. This Agreement is a supplement to the Terms of Use. To the extent not regulated by this Agreement, the provisions of the Terms of Use apply. By beginning to receive monetization, you confirm your acceptance of this Agreement.
1.3. A person with legal capacity who has reached the age allowed by the laws of their country and has passed the necessary verification may become a Creator.
2.1. "Creator" means a User who publishes user content (reels, stories, posts, texts, images, audio, and other materials; the "Content") for the purpose of displaying it to other users and receiving monetization.
2.2. The Creator independently creates and publishes Content and bears full responsibility for it, including compliance with copyright, related rights, trademark rights, and personal moral rights, as well as applicable law. The Operator acts as an information intermediary and is not the author of the Content.
2.3. The Creator warrants that they hold all rights to the published Content and undertakes not to post prohibited content listed in clause 3.4 of the Terms of Use (violence, pornography, incitement to hatred, misinformation, promotion of illegal activity, spam, malicious code, etc.).
3.1. The app uses two internal accounting units:
(a) "Coins" — an internal unit that viewers purchase and spend within the app, including for donations to creators;
(b) "Diamonds" — a unit for accounting the Creator's reward, credited for donations received.
3.2. When a viewer sends a donation to a Creator, the viewer spends Coins, and the Creator is credited with Diamonds at a 1:1 ratio to the donation amount in Coins.
3.3. Diamonds represent the accounting of the reward earned by the Creator and may be withdrawn by the Creator in the form of funds in the manner described in Section 4.
3.4. Diamonds are not a means of payment, electronic money, or a security, and cannot be transferred to another User within the app.
4.1. Withdrawal of funds earned by the Creator (the exchange of Diamonds for funds) is carried out EXCLUSIVELY OUTSIDE the app — through the Operator's external web service. This operation is a payout of the reward earned by the Creator and is not a purchase of digital goods or services within the app.
4.2. Payouts are processed by a third-party payment provider (MCPay / MediaCube or another provider chosen by the Operator). The Operator does not store the Creator's payment details itself — they are processed by the payment provider.
4.3. To receive payouts, the Creator must complete identity verification (the KYC procedure) with the payment provider and accept its terms. No payouts are made until verification is complete.
4.4. The Operator withholds a service fee of 50% (fifty percent) of the amount subject to withdrawal; the specific fee amount is displayed before the withdrawal is confirmed and may be changed by the Operator with prior notice.
4.5. The minimum threshold for withdrawing funds is 100 US dollars (or the equivalent in the payout currency). Requests below the threshold are not processed until the required balance is accumulated.
4.6. Payout processing times are determined by the payment provider. The Operator is not liable for delays that arise on the side of the provider, the bank, or due to the Creator providing incorrect details.
5.1. The Creator bears sole responsibility for calculating, declaring, and paying taxes, duties, and other mandatory payments on the reward received in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction.
5.2. The Operator and the payment provider may request tax information and documents from the Creator where required by applicable law, and withhold amounts provided for by law.
6.1. The Operator may suspend, delay, or cancel the crediting and/or withdrawal of funds, and block the relevant balance, in the event of: suspected fraud, artificial inflation, or use of stolen payment instruments; substantiated complaints about Content or infringement of third-party rights; the Creator's breach of this Agreement or the Terms of Use; or requirements of the payment provider or the law.
6.2. Upon detecting fraudulent or bad-faith transactions, the Operator may cancel the corresponding Diamond credits and return the disputed funds.
7.1. Monetization does not apply to prohibited content. Posting prohibited content results in denial of payouts, cancellation of credits, and blocking.
7.2. Any schemes for artificially inflating donations, self-donations for the purpose of withdrawing funds in circumvention of the rules, and other bad-faith actions are prohibited.
8.1. The Creator may cease participation in monetization at any time. The Operator may exclude the Creator from monetization programs in the event of a breach of the terms.
8.2. Upon cessation of participation, funds that were previously correctly earned and not disputed are subject to withdrawal, taking into account the minimum threshold and after completing verification.

9.2. The Operator may amend this Agreement; continued participation in monetization after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.
By participating in monetization programs, you confirm your acceptance of this Creator Agreement.
